Trained tutors for blind and low-vision students in Lucknow. Braille literacy, audio-based learning, large print materials, screen reader training — full CBSE and UP Board curriculum support adapted for every level of visual ability.

Visual impairment ranges from low vision (reduced but functional sight) to total blindness — and each point on that spectrum requires a different set of accommodations. Students with low vision may work effectively with large-print materials, high-contrast displays, and adjusted seating. Students with total blindness access learning through Braille, audio, and tactile materials. Our tutors are experienced across this entire range and adapt their delivery accordingly.
For Braille-literate students, we teach all academic subjects — Maths, Science, English, Hindi, Social Studies — using Braille textbooks (available through NAB India and NIVH Dehradun), tactile diagrams, and the abacus for arithmetic. For students who are not yet Braille-literate, establishing Braille reading is often the first priority, followed by academic subject work. For students at or near Grade 9+, we integrate screen reader training (NVDA, mobile TalkBack) to prepare for the technology-dependent academic environment.
We also guide families on available accommodations: CBSE and UP Board both allow scribes, extra time (25 minutes per hour), and Braille question papers for visually impaired students. Our tutors help students and families navigate these entitlements under the RPWD Act 2016 so no eligible student misses out on their rights.
Grade 1 and Grade 2 Braille teaching for both English and Hindi (Bharati Braille) across all academic subjects.
Lessons delivered through clear verbal explanation, audio recordings, and podcast-style notes the student can review independently.
Materials prepared in 18–24pt font with high contrast for low-vision students who retain functional sight.
NVDA for Windows, TalkBack for Android — essential tools for independent academic work in Grade 9 and beyond.
Cranmer abacus and tactile number tools for arithmetic, algebra manipulation, and examination calculations.
